Reached out to Jarad of Ductless, to seek advice on my Mitsubishi HVAC system. After providing all the requested information and documentation to include pictures and history of the system. Jarad got back to me 2 days later with the needed course of action. He did more for me over the phone than the HVAC service companies in my local area were able to do onsite. I got Jared’s name through a referral - I was told he was fast, reliable and reasonable. He was better than that! We had the AC die at our sister-in-law’s townhouse. She found someone on Google, they came out, said the unit was old and needed to be replaced. We were quoted $7400. I called Jared and he was out the next day. It took him less than a minute to see that the breakers were mislabeled. He changed the labels, reset the breaker and the unit is running again. All we ask when we call a service company is honesty, fairness and competence. Jared excels in all areas - he is a man of integrity. Ductless Plus is one of the best companies I've worked with. They did a phenomenal installation of four mini-splits in my difficult to retrofit mid-century modern home. Jared did an excellent job of coordinating the project. I couldn't have asked for a better team of Jonny (HVAC) and Bo (Master Electrician). We just had 3 Mitsubishi AC/Heater units installed in our old (1920) house and are absolutely loving it. This Summer has been relentless with +90 degree days, and we finally decided enough was enough. After just over a week of the installation process, we're finally comfortable in our old home! I can't tell you how glad I was to finally remove the old window AC units as well as to be able to close the vent and put the cover on the swamp cooler (for the last time!). Jared and his team were great throughout the entire process. We reached out to multiple companies in our initial search, and Ductless Plus was $8,000 (yes) lower than another Denver area competitor. We were skeptical, but after seeing so many great reviews we felt comfortable going with Ductless Plus. We are glad we did, and now I'm writing one of their many great reviews. It's difficult to find professional, detail-oriented people in any profession, let alone residential contractors. Jared and every single member of his team were consummate professionals and ensured that our every request was fulfilled and the quality of work far exceeded expectations. Everything from the initial consultation to upgrading our main panel, installing a sub-panel and associated electrical runs, the placement and installation of the indoor and outdoor AC units, outside wiring, drainage, and line hide was conducted pristinely. Within the hour of turning the units on, a steady, crisp and cool flow permeated not just the zones our system was installed for, but the adjacent rooms as well. I have to mention that the outside unit is practically silent, which is a pleasant surprise.
